When I hired Stephanie as my personal trainer, I had no idea what was involved.
Prior to beginning our workouts, she did an assessment of me to determine any muscle compensations. She asked me what my goals were and then she designed a workout regimen that addressed those goals based on my health considerations, abilities and lifestyle.
When we work out together, she guides my workouts and continually modifies them to ensure that my body is not becoming complacent with the exercises. She pushes me but never past my limit and is always checking as I exercise so that the workout is effective on the target muscles.
She also designed an exercise plan for me to do on my own between our workouts. During these interims she keeps tabs on me to ensure that those workouts are going smoothly and accomplishing their objectives.
Additionally, she counsels me on my diet – not only educating me on what to eat and why but helping me to modify my daily intake so that my body uses the calories most efficiently.
Stephanie is flexible in scheduling and easy to work with. She is prompt and dependable. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend her as a personal trainer.

I have always done more cardio exercise and not really strength training throughout my life. Stephanie has taught me that strength training is just as important as cardio exercise. She has given me the tools for not only exercise but also my eating habits. In 2 months I lost 10 lbs. and numerous inches from my body.
