Stephanie began her career in training with individuals who were 8,000 to 12,000 pounds and whose natural habitat is the deep dark water of the ocean. She spent 7 years as an animal trainer at Sea World of Texas, primarily with the killer whales and other cetacean species. After an incredibly fulfilling career with her black and white co-workers, she had the chance to live out another dream, that of becoming a mother and raising a son. During that time, Stephanie realized that she was also truly passionate about helping others figure out what their potential could be PHYSICALLY, and giving them the tools to achieve those possibilities. After this realization, she became certified as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Body Architect emerged from this passion and has helped multiple clients to fulfill their health and fitness goals. The mission of Body Architect is to equip and empower its clients to use all of the resources they are given to meet and exceed their expectations, while working alongside a trainer or carrying out the program design on their own.
“We can all meet our physical goals, sometimes we just need the guidance, strategy, and confidence to get there. There are so many things that consume our time, money and resources. Our physical well being is something we should NEVER compromise and should be a PRIORITY when we consider how and where we invest those resources.”
